Information:
Shannon Spell was sworn in as Police Juror for Ward
One in January of 2008. Shannon has a degree in Civil
Engineering from LSU and has served on a variety of boards in Ward
1. Shannon is currently vice president of RD Spell
Construction and owns Spell Structural Consulting. Shannon
attends First Methodist Church of Moss Bluff.

Information:
Calvin Collins was elected in 1996 for his first term as a Police Juror. He is employed at Conoco Refinery as a General Supervisor and has been there 33 years. Calvin and his wife, Mary Lou, have three daughters, Gwendolyn, Peggy, and Dewanda. He is a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Knights of Peter Claver #41, and a Eucharistic Minister.

Sandra Treme was elected in 1992 and is serving her third term as a Police Juror. She is the owner of Tall Pines Realty. Sandra and her husband, Butch, have two children, Terri and Tonya. She is a member of First Baptist Church in DeQuincy, DeQuincy Chamber of Commerce, Library Board of Control, NACo, and the DeQuincy Rotary Club. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Calcasieu Community Clinic, Louisiana Police Jury Executive Board, NACo Entergy and Land Use Committee, and is liaison to the Convention and Tourist Bureau.
